Helpful Info
- DO NOT print from your phone or web browser.
- I recommend a computer to print these inserts. All browsers (chrome/edge/firefox/safari/etc.) have default settings that can warp your prints and cause them to print offsides and/or incorrectly.
- My inserts are designed to easily print double-sided, making them compatible with duplex printers.
- My preferred program for printing is Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download for FREE: HERE

Pro Tip: Print Test Inserts
- Before making a purchase, take advantage of the Freebies section above and download an insert in your desired size (or all of them...we love a freebie!) and do a test print.
- Use this print to confirm your printer's settings, make sure you're able to print double-sided, if you prefer to manually flip the pages, if your printer adds margins, etc.
- Take some time to make sure your settings are ready before you purchase any inserts as refunds are not accepted on digital download products.

Printing FAQ's
What will I receive when I purchase an insert?
You will be directed to a download page after you've completed your purchase. From there, you will be able to download your files immediately.
For printable inserts, you will receive two versions (Precut or US Letter) of your file along with the Insert Printing Guide.
Other printables may not come with two versions, as it depends on the item, but the description will always let you know the type of file and will include an Insert Printing Guide.
Can you explain the two versions?
For printable inserts, you will receive two different versions of the same file in your selected size(s):
Precut - this version is designed without crop marks for printing on precut paper
US Letter - this version is designed with multiple copies per page* and includes crop marks to help you easily cut down to size
*Note: the number of copies per page varies depending on the size you are purchasing, for example A5 will only have one copy while Personal will have two.
I don't see my planner size. Can you modify an insert to fit my planner?
I wish I could have launched with every single planner size, but currently I have listed most inserts in Pocket, A6, Personal, and FC Compact ring sizes.
I am working to expand the current listings to include ALL popular planner sizes (including TNs/Discs) and will update my social media when a new size has been added, so be sure to check back!
For now, I am not accepting custom resize requests.
Do these inserts print double-sided?
YES. Every insert is designed for duplex (aka double-sided) printing! EVERY printer is different, so you may get more accurate cut lines/alignment if you manually print then flip each side, but some duplex printers print perfectly aligned using the 'Print on Both Sides' feature.
Steps for Printing
-
1.
Download. Download your insert and open the chosen version (Precut or US Letter) in Acrobat Reader (or your preferred program) from a computer.
Do not try to print from a mobile device, tablet, or from your browser. This will most likely cause margins to be wrong, prints to be out of order, and/or offsides.
-
2.
Print. Make sure your print settings are all correct (Scale: 100% or Actual Size | Rotation Settings Disabled | Double-Sided Automatic or Manual-Flip)
For double-sided printing:
- Flip on Short Edge (for horizontal layouts)
- Flip on Long Edge (for vertical layouts)
-
3.
Test. Before printing a whole set of inserts, do a test print of a page or two to make sure you make any necessary changes to your printer's settings.
That ink and paper is getting expensive, so, test printing is always worth it!
