Hii! I'm Deanna – the mama behind MaineMamaPlans!

I began my design career after graduating with my Advertising & Graphic Design degree working in the corporate medical space. It was a wonderful learning experience, but I quickly realized that the life behind cubicle walls was not for me.

When I had my babies and found myself struggling with an identity crisis, I picked up my planner and just started writing it alllllll down. I found my creative outlet, a place for community, and a sense of self that I had forgotten I was missing.

I decided to really embrace social media and start sharing on Instagram & YouTube (@MaineMamaPlans), I was so excited to learn there was a whole #plannercommunity of other likeminded people who loved their planner as much as I do!

I was creating pieces for my own planner collection when suddenly I was receiving comments and messages daily asking, "where can I get that insert?!" So, my shop was born.

I began on Etsy then decided to open my own online storefront...and here we are! I hope you find something you like here + I just want to thank you for supporting my little corner of the internet. It means the world to me!

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't see my planner size. Can you modify an insert to fit my planner?

I wish I could have launched with every single planner size, but currently I have listed most inserts in Pocket, A6, Personal, and FC Compact ring sizes. I am working to expand the current listings to include ALL popular planner sizes (including TNs/Discs) and will update my social media when a new size has been added, so be sure to check back! For now, I am not accepting custom resize requests.

What happens after I purchase an insert?

You will be directed to a download page after you've completed your purchase. From there, you will be able to download your files immediately.

For printable inserts, you will receive two versions (Precut or US Letter) of your file along with the Insert Printing Guide.

Other printables may not come with two versions, as it depends on the item, but the description will always let you know the type of file and will include an Insert Printing Guide.

Do you sell printed inserts?

No, not at this time. This may change in the future depending on demand, but as of now there are DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY.

When will I receive my purchase(s)?

Immediately after purchase! You will be redirected to the page that allows you to download your purchase instantly! You will also receive an email with the download link as well.

Do you offer any discounts?

Absolutely! I have an active PR Team that share their personal discount codes! Check out our Instagram for the latest team info so you can save!

Can you make me a custom insert?

I am not accepting custom orders at this time, but if you would like to suggest a design - just send me a message on Instagram or use the Contact Form below and I will try to make it happen if I can!

Do you accept returns/refunds?

As the products are DIGITAL and available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD – Returns & Refunds will not be permitted. Ensure you have selected the correct insert sizing prior to checking out.

Do you have any freebies?

YES!! We love a good freebie around here! Make sure you are in the Facebook Group for first access and check out the Freebies page to browse the current selection!

Need Help Printing?

Take a look at the Printing Guide in the Printing Section - it also comes with every download.

Follow the steps outlined to make sure you have checked all printer settings are correct.

Print some test inserts and double-check.

If you are still having trouble, I recommend watching a video on YouTube about printing inserts - these are amazing resources that can show fixes to common issues!
